The IMM0001 device is designed for the Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio 2016-2024 models.

It significantly enhances car security with independent immobilizer and alarm features.

Giulia and Stelvio models are recently seeing more and more cases of theft. Thieves use several well-known methods to steal these cars: using a radar (key fob cloning), “relay theft” (communicating with a remote original key fob via a so-called radio bridge / a signal repeater – for example when you're waiting in line at a store), by stealing your keys or taking your car by force using a tow truck.
All of these methods are fast: for some of them, it takes less than one minute to steal a car.
Existing security systems usually do not counteract all of those theft methods, or require specialized installation that includes cutting and tapping into the car wiring harness, and are therefore not only more expensive, but also void the vehicle warranty.

The immobilizer poses a major obstacle for a potential thief. Even if a thief is familiar with it, having to remove it will require a significant amount of time.
The device provides effective protection against all the theft methods mentioned above. Also, it is simple to install, taking only about 15 minutes with no cable cutting or soldering needed, as it taps into the car's electrical harness using compatible connectors.

Main features of the device
•    Immobilizer: the START button will not work until the user's PIN code is entered (this can be done using the radio controls on the right button panel of the steering wheel)
•    Automatic arming 30 seconds after the ignition is turned off
•    Alarms: tilt alarm (slower but very restrictive) and shock alarm (immediate but less sensitive) that automatically arm 30 seconds after the immobilizer arms. They react to the car being lifted or towed, wheel theft attempts or a parked car fender bender as well as tamper attempts with the harness/panel to remove the immobilizer
•    Car's digital bus unexpected communication alarm, configurable for cars with and without Remote Start feature
•    Garage mode (for servicing) – to deactivate the immobilizer and alarms in order to leave the car in a garage
•    Programmable user PIN (sequence of 3 to 10 button presses)
•    Independent activation and deactivation of tilt and shock alarms
•    Setting changes are PIN-protected and stored in non-volatile memory so they are not lost when the car battery is disconnected
•    Quick and easy one-time deactivation of tilt and shock alarms (useful during wheel change and transport by a ferry or a tow track)
•    Green/red LED to indicate device statuses
•    USB-C connector for uploading newer firmware or diagnostics
•    Low power consumption: during operation (typ. 20 mA) and automatic reduced power consumption mode (typ. 6.5 mA)

Notes:

This was designed & tested for cars manufactured for EU/EMEA and USA/Canada/NAFTA markets over months of beta testing time with eight Giulias&Stelvios manufactured 2016 to 2023 and comming out of various markets.

Before worldwide release, we addtionally sold over 60 units in Poland with no single issue reported from customers.

Delivery information

In order to help making deliveries easier and faster, we decided to offer by deault airways courier Fedex International Priority services. However, for orders containing goods with bigger dimensions, we reserve right to choose instead Fedex Connect Plus or Fedex International Economy services. This applies to lighweight but biger in size boxes where especially extra cushion is required for protection - like Flappy Paddles or Radio Headunits. Fedex International Priority service should be 1-3 working days for deliveries within EU, and 2-6 days in other destinations, other services may add a few extra days on top..

Please provide accurate and full shipping address (including accurate post code), fail to do this may raise difficulties in delivery, as well as generate addtional shipping charges you may need to cover (e.g. redirection of shippment).

Asian customers, please provide address using latin characters - we can't order courier otherwise and will need to cancel order if proper format address is not provided.

Please order to location where delivery is possible, fail of 2 delivery attempts puts parcel on storage for a few days in courier depot (still chance of arranging collection by contacting Fedex Customer Support by receiver - we can't help here unfortunatelly), but later the parcel is automatically returned. Return related to fail of delivery will generate additonal shipping charges for us (return and reshipping + customs documentaton), which will need to be covered to us before another shippment attempt.

Please do not redirect parcells to different adderss as this will add addtional fees we will ask you to cover later (order of 10 EUR usually).

In case of parcel damage

At delivery please inspect if parcel condition looks good, in case of any doubt, please fill in complain form with courier, if possible you may inspect goods inside. Parcels are insured, however only signed complaint of receiver passed to Fedex is the way for us to receive cost compensation, so allow us to send you replacment units. In such case (unlikely) please pass us information on complain number, once we get things confirmed/discussed with Fedex, we can proceed with shipping replacements.

No VAT invoice for EU VAT companies (VAT to be paid in country of destination as intra community delivery of goods)

If you are an active EU VAT payer company, please provide us with your EU VAT number during checkout (comment field). In such case you can pay either by Paypal/iMoje paywalls full amount (we do not automatically strip VAT at checkout for this case), and we will charge you without VAT price after we successfully verify your company as active EU VAT payer, or you can pay via bank transfer total divided by 1.23 to strip 23% Polish VAT from the price.

On request we can provide pro-forma invoice as PDF file before payment.

Your local import taxes for outside EU export

Please be aware that exports outside EU, may cause your local Customs/Tax Office to apply import taxes on the goods shipped, and so you will be due to pay such tax in your country. Please make sure you know your local import /rules/rates/thresholds and buy with full awarness before you place an order.
